Award of Merit: Mixed Use 2022 Capital Region Commercial Building Awards
This interesting project located on Beacon Avenue in Sidney, BC has been an important landmark in the community. With emphasis on maintaining the existing building and keeping the character intact while working with a very small site, this was a complex project to take on.
The end result was a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom layouts with a total of 11 units plus a commercial space and 3 parking stalls.
