Regatta Park was one of the first multifamily, attainable housing projects approved in North Saanich. With attention spent on the rural nature of the area, a stream restoration was part of the project along with community gardens. Across the street from North Saanich marina, Regatta Park was heavily influenced by the nautical theme of the area. 3 buildings, all 3 storeys in height with a total of 60 units, this project was a long time in the making bringing much needed housing density to the Saanich Peninsula.
